May–September: Perfect weather for exploring. August: Dokufest transforms the city. Sunset at the fortress is unforgettable.

Getting There

Buses from Prishtina (€5, 1.5 hours) run hourly. From Prizren bus station, it's a 15-minute walk to the old town. Taxis available (€2–3).

Getting Around

Prizren is highly walkable. The old town is compact and best explored on foot. Comfortable shoes recommended for the fortress climb.
